"For a few years I was thinking of selling my practice in order
to relocate but I was afraid to do it. Last year I got a job offer outside
the San Diego area and all of a sudden I had to sell my practice. I contacted
two other brokers; they wanted a one year contract when I had only maximum

"Approximately two years ago, I wanted to sell my dental practice and tried accomplish the sale without a broker. I thought that I could do the sale with only an attorney to draw up the legal papers and I would 'save' the cost of a broker's commission!
